The previous Members' Forum page has been deleted at the request of a couple of members.  Unfortunately the pre-formatted form published people's IP addresses - and this particular field could not be deleted from the format.  A couple of members were unhappy at having their IP address available for all to see.  I have, therefore, produced another form that I ask you to use.  Unfortunately it does not work like the previous form in that comments can only be seen by the Administrator.
When I receive your comments on the 'Send to Forum' page I will publish them on this 'Members Forum' page.  I hope you will still continue to use the forum and trust me to publish your comments.
