Welcome to the website for Preston Centre members of the British Red Cross. Although initially implemented solely for our own members this is an 'open access' website and can be viewed by anyone. We openly welcome and encourage visitors from all other Centres whether or not you are based in Lancashire. Any comments you have regarding this website can be sent to us via the Feedback page or you can email them to brc.prestoncentre@blueyonder.co.uk.
If you spot any mistakes (whether spelling or anything else), links that don't work, you wish to add to our discussion forum or want to add any additional subjects not related to our core activities, please email your comments and suggestions. For example, you may wish to have a page or two dedicated to items for sale or things you may wish to swap with other members. If the suggestions are reasonable we will amend the site to suit. After all, this site is for YOU so please use it and pass the website address to friends and family.
If you have any stories, whether serious, funny or otherwise (including photographs if you have some), relating to duties or other roles you have undertaken, please email them to us at brc.prestoncentre@blueyonder.co.uk and we will publish them. For example, new members might like to know what it feels like to do your very first First Aid duty or to deal with your very first casualty.
